Logan is 23 Months

I cannot believe that Logan is almost 2! He is turning into such a big boy! Today alone he learned how to open our doors (lucky me!), so far has not had a single potty accident today (a new record!) and he learned how to climb to the top of the playground (which makes me a nervous wreck)! He has turned into quite the chatter box when he is not being shy. He just jabbers on and on although not everthing is coherent. It kinda sounds like this, "Mama! Bajadabooo Ball! Baramatsee Fall Down! Dada vooolaa Car!" It is quite funny! He is getting better and better at sharing (having a little sister seems to be helping) and he is starting to do less parallel playing and more interactive playing. He is very much a copy cat and will immitate anything and everything, which means we really have to monitor what he is exposed to (hardly any tv and now we only listen to christian music or kids songs). He wants to do everything by himself but sometimes he might get stuck (like when he undresses himself) and then he gets very frustrated. Once he learns something new he does it over and over again. Which is why he has been opening and closing his bedroom door for almost an hour! He wants to get it perfect now that he figured it out. He has my perfectionism and determination but also my temper. He has Doug's shyness and kinisthetic abilities. He loves to take things apart and put them back together, just like daddy. He is very curious and very adventurous which can be a dangerous combo because he gets into everything and seems completely fearless! I am truly amazed at how quickly he is learning! I love you Logan!!!
