Visiting Nana and Grandpa Vito

After the zoo we went to Nana and Grandpa's house. We ate dinner there and all of the cousins got to play.

Fisher Price Day at the Zoo

Saturday was Fisher Price Day at the zoo. It was supposed to be a big event but we were not that impressed. All it was was a bunch of tents with fisher price toys in them for the kids to play with. It was insanely crowded and very hot! We had fun at the zoo though. We metLogan's friend Elias.

Kisses

Logan loves to give Aila kisses. We try to catch it on video but we are usually too late. Here is the best one we got:

Buonos

We met Vanessa's family for pizza on Friday night. It was nice to get out of the house and the pizza there is awesome!

Do they look alike?

People are constantly asking if Aila looks like Logan. What do you think?

Aila is Growing

Look how big Aila is getting! We swear she changes every day!

Tummy time! She is starting to lift her head!

Look how alert she is!

She always sleeps with her feet curled up! Even in this sleep sack!

She can track things with her eyes now!

She is cuter and cuter every day!

Granny and Papa's Big Move

Yesterday was a bitter sweet day. It was the last day we got to spend with Doug's parents before they moved to Louisiana. It was sad to say goodbye. We are all very close and we will miss them terribly. We are happy for them though. Doug's dad got an amazing job working for the Southern Baptist Convention as Louisiana's missions pastor. We know that this job is from the Lord and that he will be amazing at it. Please pray for their journey as they have many miles to drive. Granny and Papa if you are reading this we love you and miss you already!

Aila's Baby Dedication

Today was a very special day because we dedicated Aila to the Lord. This is a ceremony in which parents give back to God what God has blessed them with. The parents make a public statement that they intend to teach their children about the Lord and the church makes a pact to help the parents along the way. Aila Lynne looked like a beautiful little princess and we were so blessed to have our family there to support us. Thank you Lord for our precious baby girl!!!
