Polar Fest

Saturday morning we went to Polar Fest. They had free food and cheap activities for the kids. Logan go to see snow for the first time, which he loved to pick up and throw and kept trying to eat! It was a little ridiculous to me because I grew up with snow so to see a pathetic, little square roped off for kids to play on was a bit sad. Logan also got to go on a big fire truck (which also was exciting for Doug)! Logan was a bit out of sorts though. We had to wait on pretty long lines and when we finally got to an activity Logan was not that happy. We put him on the pony (which he loved when we went to the circus) and he cried! We put him in a toddler bounce house and he cried! The only thing he really liked was the petting zoo. The kids could even pick up the animals. Logan got to pet a chicken, a duck, a rabbit and a pig for the first time. After Polar Fest we were all pooped so we went home and took a nap.
