Logan is 21 Months Old

Logan is now 21 months old! He is fitting into most 2T shirts and his pants range anywhere from 12 months to 24 months. The problem with pants is that Logan is tall and skinny so the pants that fit him around the waste are too short so we have been putting him in bigger pants and just rolling them at the waist. The biggest change this month is Logan's vocabulary. He now says and uses over a hundred words! He will try to say any word that you tell him to. I tried to get him to say antidisestablishmentarianism like in that commercial and he said "annisolo". It was funny! He is also starting to distinguish his colors. He has these leap frog maracas that light up in different colors and say what they are in English and Spanish. Lately he has been pointing to things and saying what color they are. His favorite is yellow and he usually gets that one right. He has also been able to identify purple, black and blue. His favorite thing to do is run around in circles. He also loves to play with his cars and everything is about cars to him! Potty training was going great and I thought we were on track to saying goodbye to diapers but then I tried letting him where underwear out and about when we had errands and he had 2 accidents so I think we are going to stick with just potty training while we are at home for the time being. His new favorite food (thanks to the smores we made a few days ago) is marshmallows. He calls them "mallow" and he can devour them! We haven't had anymore fiascos with him in his big boy bed (yay!) and just yesterday I let him pick out a new blanket for his bed. He picked two quilts that his GG (Doug's granny) made for him and he even has a pillow now. He is so sweet and I can't wait to see all the new things he learns over this next month!
