So Proud of Doug!

God has been using Doug in some amazing ways lately! He just finished writing his first book!!! He is also starting to record his sermons for youtube! Here is his first video sermon: Part 1 Part 2 Part 3

2012 Walk to End Alzheimer's

I created a team for the Walk to End Alzheimer's this year to raise money for Alzheimer's treatment and research. I was overwhelmed by those who joined my team and walked with me and also by the numerous friends and family that made donations for the cause. I cannot thank you all enough!

Homeschool Days

Here are some pictures of a typical homeschool day. We study math, reading and writing every day. We do science, history, and art a couple of times a week, although the kids LOVE science so we have been doing science every day lately.

My Silly Girl

Ariah has so many faces!

Isn't He a Hunk?

Happy Birthday Papa!

My Loves

Tea Time

We love to break for tea during homeschool. We drink out of little tea cups and practice our table manners.

Homeschool Open House

I had a homeschool open house a few weeks ago to let other moms see what homeschooling is like and for us to celebrate National Homeschool Spirit Week. We sang some songs, read some stories, ate some snacks and did a craft. Of course my camera battery decided to die so I only got these 2 shots...

Decorating for Fall

I love decorating for fall!!! I love decorating period! lol

Ariah is 5 Months Old

So Blessed!

I can't get enough of these lil people that God has blessed me with!

Sweet Aila

Aila is still the sweetest kid I have ever met. I hope she stays this way forever : )

Guess Who is Potty Trained?

He's not even 2 yet and he is pretty much completely potty trained! He still wears a pull up at night and has an occasional accident but he is doing so great. Very proud of my Big Boy!

Back Yard Camping

Doug tried camping in the back yard with the boys, while Aila had a little girl from our neighborhood sleep over. Doug lasted until the boys fell asleep and then he carried them in to bed and said it was too hot. Now that it is getting cooler again Logan is begging Doug to do this again...

Neighborhood Kids

The kids in our neighborhood pretty much live at my house. Here are a few of our "extended family" ; )
