Awana is over. I got to teach Aila's last class and Logan got lots of badges!

Birthday at the Boardwalk

Logan wanted to ride the rides at the Boardwalk this year instead of having a party. We met up with his cousins and his friend and they went on lots of rides. Afterward we headed back to our house for hotdogs and cake.

Logan's Birthday

Logan's actual birthday fell on a school day. I met his class at snacktime and Logan shared birthday brownies with his class. After school we all went to the zoo. Logan requested Frank's Pizza for his birthday dinner. We ended the night by letting him open his presents from Mimi and Papa and Nana.

Learning to Sew

I got my first ever sewing machine and I am learning how to sew! This was my first attempt at a dress. I made it out of one of Doug's old work shirts.

Mother's Day

Doug and the kids made this an extra special Mother's Day for me. We got to go to my favorite Italian restaurant for lunch and then we went to the dollar theater to see Gnomio and Juliet.
