Logan's 1st School Party

Logan had his first ever school party.  It was a pajama party and everyone wore their jammies : ) Doug took Aila to his Bible study so that I could go help out with the party.  We started with a puppet show.  I had to be a bear and Logan loved watching me get up there! After the show we went with the kids and his teacher read "When you Give a Pig a Pancake" since the letter of the month is P.  They also ate popcorn, pretzels and pancakes and had punch to drink.

Fall Festival

We went to a fall festival at a church in Pasedena.  The kids had the time of their life.  Logan went on 2 different jumpers and Aila got her face painted.  They both went on the hay ride, the pony ride and into the petting zoo.  Their favorite part was riding the ponies.  They kept asking to do it again and again! We finished the day buy taking some pics in the pumpkin patch. 

Bunco Fun!

I got to host Bunco this month at our house.  I really wanted to do a fall/halloween theme.  I made pumpkin cupcakes, jack o lantern cookies and pizzas, and mummy hot dogs.  I also hand embroidered the dish towel (which is the prize for the last Bunco winner).

Louisiana Visit

Logan had off of school on Monday and we needed to pick up Aila from Lousiana so we left Friday evening and spent the weekend in Louisiana with Doug's parents.  It was a nice little get away and Doug and I even got to go on a date one night!
